In supervision, I listen with intention - attuned to the story beneath the story. I ask questions to help practitioners clarify their thinking, navigate complexity, and grow in confidence. .
Sessions feel like a place where difficult experiences can be unpacked safely, where growth is encouraged, and where professional identity is nurtured.
I support midwives to articulate their goals, recognise their strengths, and develop pathways that align with their values and aspirations.

Curriculum vitae development/update only ($100)

Through guided reflection, skills mapping, and strategic planning, you will gain clarity about your next steps- whether that’s leadership, education, specialist practice, a change in practice, research, or a shift in work–life balance.
These sessions help you to identify opportunities, build confidence, and create a personalized, achievable development plan that honors your experience and aspirations. It’s a space to explore possibilities, navigate transitions, and design a sustainable, meaningful career journey.
